The Corn Monument in Minnesota - "Corn Capital of Minnesota," is probably the largest ear of corn in the world. This monument features a 25-foot ear, which is mounted atop a gazebo in Memorial Park. It was created in 1973 to commemorate the fact that modern hybrid seed corn production began in Olivia.
