It's difficult to comprehend but investigators say a bone stolen from a cadaver was implanted in a 44-year-old North Texas man - James Livingston'sneck. The patient of Weatherford is going to sue the medical technology company and several tissue processing businesses.

Livingston said : "How can you sell parts out of a body, just like parts from a stolen car? It was very surreal. At first I asked them if they wanted the bone back. It wasn't really an option, given it was grafted into my other neck bones."
