World's thinnest cooked noodles

Li Hongkai, a chef from Sichuan Province entered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records by threading thirty pieces of noodles he cooked through a pinhole. Mr. Li, who has honed his cooking skills for 19 years, can make a noodle as thin as 0.067 mm in diameter. He showed off his stunt at a performance on Tuesday, August 21, 2007. At the same time, he showed another skill, that of grinding a 250-gram dough ball into a lamella stretching 5 meters long and 0.42 meters wide.
