A display of sand sculpture was made public on Sunday night at a seaside amusement park in Lianyungang City, in eastern China's Jiangsu province. The exhibition has attracted many spectators.

The five finely-sculpted pieces were made by 10 sand sculpture artists over some twenty days. The sculptures vary from each other in terms of style and structure.

Among the sand sculptures are a sea monster, turtle, shark and surfers -- which together present an imaginative fairytale world of sea adventures for summertime visitors to enjoy.
