New flavour organic microbrew hit salt lake

Bottles of Wildfire are being stocked at Albertsons, Smith's, Dan's, Harmon's, Wild Oats and other area grocery stores this week. It's also available on draft at bars and restaurants, including Lugano, Brewvies, Fiddlers Elbow, Port O' Call and Pine Restaurant.

The beer is bottled by Four+ Brewing Co., a brand extension of Salt Lake's Uinta Brewing Co.
Wildfire is an extra pale ale-light golden in color and body, with a slight "mango essence."

Statewide, organic certification of food and drink is up 40 percent over the past two years, even though the transition from conventional processes to organic standards can be costly, said Seth Winterton, deputy director of the department's Division of Marketing and Development.
